Sherman Management Services - Terms and Conditions

1. Services

Sherman Management Services offers a variety of virtual assistance services, including:

  • Travel planning
  • Day-of coordination
  • Event and date planning
  • Traditional administrative services

Each service is subject to availability and the rates outlined at the time of booking.

2. Operating Hours

  • Standard operating hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (excluding holidays).
  • Services outside of these hours will incur surcharges as follows:
    • Weekends: $50 surcharge.
    • Holidays: $100 surcharge.
      These surcharges are in addition to the agreed-upon service price.

3. Booking and Payment

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all services exceeding $100.
  • Payments can be made via direct deposit or cash (exact change).
  • Finalized projects or deliverables will only be handed over once the remaining balance is paid in full.
  • For services under $100, payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

4. Deadlines and Cancellations

  • Sherman Management Services will notify clients at least 48 hours in advance if a deadline cannot be met.
  • If a project is delayed or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be offered a revised timeline.

5. Refund Policy

  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • Payments for completed services are non-refundable.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate and timely information to ensure the successful completion of services.
  • Failure to provide necessary materials or approvals may result in delays or additional charges.

7. Confidentiality

Sherman Management Services will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and will not share it with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

8. Liability

  • Sherman Management Services is not liable for delays, interruptions, or incomplete services caused by factors outside of its control.
  • The company is not responsible for any third-party errors or omissions related to services such as bookings or vendor arrangements.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Sherman Management Services reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes prior to their implementation.

Thank you for choosing Tied with Love for your holiday gift-wrapping needs! Please review the following terms:

  1. Inquiries & Bookings:
    • Email us at shermmgmtserv@gmail.com for questions or to secure your booking.
    • Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Messages received after hours will typically be answered on the next business day, with possible delays on weekends.

           

            2. Payments:

  • A 50% deposit is required for bundle packages.
  • Full payment (100%) is required for individual wrapping services.
  • Payments accepted: Bank transfers or exact cash only.

          

            3. Service Locations:

  • Bundle exchanges will take place at the following locations:
    • West: Goodman's Bay
    • East: Mall at Marathon
    • South: Southwest Plaza

             

              4. Delivery Options:

  • Included for bundle packages.
  • Available for an added fee for non-bundle packages.

   

              5. Family Island Customers:

  • Freight charges apply; email for further details.

     

               6. Add-Ons:

  • Extra options available; inquire for pricing and availability.

📜 TERMS & CONDITIONS – "Movie wit ya Movie!"

  1. Client-Provided Location: Sherman Management Services does not provide a location for the “Movie wit ya Movie!” package. Clients must ensure a suitable outdoor or indoor space is available and accessible for setup with electrical capabilities.
     
  2. Setup & Breakdown:
    Full setup and breakdown services are included in the package. Clients are expected to ensure timely access to the space for smooth execution.
     
  3. Weather-Related Policy:
    In the event of rain or inclement weather:
     

  • Start time may be delayed.
     
  • Rescheduling will be permitted based on the availability of the desired date.
     
  • If rescheduling is not possible, an alternative experience may be provided, including a tablet-based movie setup and upgraded snacks or beverages in place of the standard projector & screen.
     

  1. Extended Time:
    Additional time may be added in 1-hour increments at a cost of $70 per hour, based on availability and agreed upon in advance.
     
  2. Third-Party Food Services:
    Sherman Management Services may coordinate with independent food vendors upon request, but all food and meals are provided by third-party services or companies. Clients agree to indemnify Sherman Management Services and its team members from all liability, claims, or issues arising from the consumption or provision of food and beverages.
     
  3. Payment Terms:
     

  • For bookings made less than 36 hours before the service, payment in full is required at the time of booking.
     
  • For bookings made more than 36 hours in advance, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date.
     

  1. Cancellation Policy:
     

  • 50% deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before the event.
     
  • 100% of the payment will be withheld if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
     

  1. Acceptance of Terms:
    By confirming a booking, the client agrees to all terms and conditions outlined above, as well as any applicable updates communicated by Sherman Management Services.

Return and Refund Policy

 

Tied With Love Refund Policy

  1. Deposits:
    • All 50% deposits for bundle packages are non-refundable unless the order is canceled by Tied with Love due to unforeseen circumstances.
    • Full payments (100%) for individual services are refundable only if cancellations are made at least 48 hours before the scheduled wrapping appointment.


            2. Cancellations:

  • Customers canceling less than 48 hours before the service will not receive a refund but may reschedule within the holiday season, subject to availability.


            3. Delivery Fees:

  • Delivery fees for non-bundle packages are non-refundable once the delivery has been scheduled.


             4. Family Island Orders:

  • Freight charges are non-refundable once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.


              5. Service Issues:

  • If you are unsatisfied with the wrapping service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your items. Refunds or rewrapping services will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.


               6. Add-Ons:

  • Payments for add-ons are non-refundable once the wrapping process begins.
